During the application process we also request territory and business data, including the metro areas you’re targeting, your average monthly deal volume, and your available ad-spend budget, so we can evaluate exclusivity eligibility. As you browse the Site, technical data—for example, IP address, device type, browser version, pages viewed, and session duration—is logged automatically through Wix cookies and analytics tools like Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. We collect marketing-interaction data as well, such as ad impressions, clicks, and email-engagement metrics, to refine our advertising and content. If you become a paying licensee, our secure payment processor records limited payment information (e.g., the last four digits of your card and billing address), but full card details are never stored on Wix servers.

For site analytics and advertising, we share anonymized or pseudonymized traffic signals with vendors like Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) to measure performance and retarget relevant ads. Finally, we may disclose information to legal authorities when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, or court orders, or to defend the Company against legal claims. All third-party vendors are bound by written agreements that restrict them from using your data for any purpose other than the one we specify.

Application and general contact records are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from your last interaction, unless you request deletion sooner. If you sign a license agreement with us, contractual and billing records are stored for seven (7) years after the relationship ends to satisfy tax, audit, and regulatory requirements. Technical logs that help us secure and operate the Site are held for up to twelve (12) months before being aggregated or anonymized, while marketing email data persists until you unsubscribe or your account shows eighteen (18) months of inactivity. These retention periods may be extended if we need the data to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
